Submission Checklist

The online system requires separate confirmations before the final submission button becomes available.

1. The work is original.
2. The manuscript has not been published previously.
3. The manuscript is not under consideration by another journal.
4. All listed authors meet authorship criteria.
5. All authors approved the manuscript and its submission.
6. The author order has been agreed by all authors.
7. CRediT roles have been assigned for every author.
8. Permissions have been obtained for reused figures, tables and other third-party material.
9. All competing interests have been disclosed.
10. All funding and sponsor roles have been disclosed.
11. Any use of generative or assistive AI has been disclosed.
12. Data, materials and analytic code are available, or any restriction is explained.
13. All authors agree to publication under CC BY 4.0.
14. The authors grant GMR a non-exclusive licence of first publication.
15. The authors have read and accept the Publication Ethics policy.
16. The authors have read and accept the Peer Review Policy.
17. The corresponding author is authorised to act on behalf of all authors.
