Submitted work must be original and appropriately cited.

Immediate open access under CC BY 4.0 with copyright retained by authors.

GMR charges no submission, processing, publication, or access fees.

Complete search strategies, extraction materials, analytic code, and data-availability statements are expected where applicable.

Study design determines the mandatory EQUATOR reporting checklist.

Ethical oversight requirements for reviews, human data, animal research, and identifiable material.

Prospective registration is required for clinical trials and registry information must be reported.

Preprints are permitted when transparently disclosed and linked to the final article.

AI cannot be an author; material use must be disclosed and confidential manuscripts may not be uploaded to unauthorized systems.

Permitted adjustments must apply consistently and may not misrepresent the underlying record.

The publisher supports operations without controlling manuscript decisions.
