Journal policy

Peer Review Policy

Double-anonymized external peer review with documented editorial oversight.

Peer-review model

Research articles and evidence syntheses are assessed by at least two independent reviewers whenever feasible. Reviewers do not receive author identities, and authors do not receive reviewer identities.

Editorial decisions

Editors evaluate methodological quality, reporting completeness, originality, relevance, and the reviewers’ reasoned recommendations. The final decision remains an editorial responsibility.

Editor-authors

When an editor or board member is an author, that person has no access to the manuscript workflow. An independent editor manages the submission.
