The publisher supports journal operations but does not control individual manuscript decisions.
Publisher and responsibility
GMR is published by the Non-profit Joint Stock Company “S.D. Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University”. The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for editorial standards and delegates individual manuscripts to non-conflicted editors.
Independence
- Decisions are based on academic merit, scope, methodology and ethics.
- The publisher, funders, advertisers, donors and institutional leadership may not select reviewers or determine decisions.
- Commercial or reputational considerations do not override correction or retraction duties.
- Editorial conflicts and recusals are recorded.
